This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between Customer and Rise Digital Strategies ("Company") and covers any service(s) Customer purchases from Company, now or in the future. By signing this Agreement, Customer agrees to be bound by both this Agreement and the Master Service Agreement ("MSA") available at risedigitalstrategies.com/msa, which this Agreement incorporates by reference — including its terms on Ownership, Payment, Liability, and Termination, which are not repeated here. This Agreement and the MSA take effect together upon signature. Each specific service, its fee, and its term are confirmed at the time of purchase; that confirmation is incorporated into and governed by this Agreement.

Acknowledgement & Signature

I have read and agree to the Master Service Agreement at risedigitalstrategies.com/msa, which is incorporated into this Agreement.

Electronic Signature: I agree that my electronic signature below carries the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and I consent to conduct this transaction electronically.

Payment Authorization: I authorize Rise Digital Strategies to charge the payment method provided for the fees described in this Agreement, and I certify I am an authorized user of that payment method. I will not dispute legitimate charges made in accordance with this Agreement and the MSA with my card issuer or bank without first contacting Company. This authorization remains on file for future billing under this Agreement unless revoked in writing.
